Roots is the new cafe in the Asheville River Arts District serving fast, organic food and coffee. Serving breakfast and lunch, we’re open Monday through Friday from 7am to 3pm, and our fabulous, made-from-scratch, roasted red pepper and white cheddar breakfast biscuits are available all day.
Lunch, with options for any dietary preference, is available from 11-3. Stop in and try a Mediterranean plate featuring one of our signature Roots hummus varieties, or a Southern plate with pulled pork bbq, pork loin, or bbq tofu with a seasonal veggie and organic cornbread. We also offer quesadillas, gyros, and incredibly fresh salads, using local and organic ingredients.
